Because psychic work can be very broad in scope, you can ask any questions you may have, please provide me with some of your doubts and these instructions should tell me your needs/areas of focus for the work. Please do not just provide your name/birthday.

Once your appointment is complete, you will receive a confirmation from me in a tweet or other form.

It is your responsibility to make sure your video or audio is tested and working properly before the session. You are welcome to email/wechat/otherwise ask me technical questions before the session starts. However, if your appointment is not available due to this issue , it must be made at the next available slot in my schedule.

My working hours are usually between 9am and 9:30pm CET. I also have two weekends per month when I can make appointments. Appointment times are usually very variable and if you are in a hurry I will try to schedule as much as possible, but sometimes it may take more than a week.

I don't use tools in almost 90% of my healings, but sometimes, if I think it's necessary, I will use the eight signs and I-Ching, drum or medicine bundle.

You are welcome to record our calls so that you can listen to them over and over again.

If you change your mind about a session after you've purchased it, don't worry! Just email me within a sufficient time frame and I will email you. Just send me a message or email within 72 hours time and I will provide a full refund. Last minute refund requests will not be accepted - for example, if the refund is requested on the actual day of your appointment.

I cannot give refunds for completed healings that are found to contain unsatisfactory insights. It is not my job to tell you exactly what you want to hear. Please make sure you are ready to be challenged by my need to tell the truth about what you need to hear and what you hear about certain things.

If you are a new customer, please create an account before making any purchases. This will allow you to receive discounted services.

Consider carefully before ordering a consulting/coaching package (or any other form of ongoing, long-term work). If you change your mind about the level of commitment, I can offer refunds for incomplete sessions, but this is very inconvenient. If you 're not sure how many sessions you want, book one first. Once you understand how it works, you can book with confidence and purchase more. All consulting/coaching packages purchased must be completed within three months. I recommend scheduling weekly, bi- weekly or monthly sessions. If possible, book all sessions as soon as you receive a schedule that can be arranged.

My "no-show" policy is very sweet and simple. If you are unable to show up for our appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, it is okay to reschedule. Life is what it is. However, you must contact me with the reason you missed your appointment and confirm that it can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If this happens again, I will respond at my own discretion. Please note: No-show appointments can only be rescheduled - they will not be refunded.

If you are more than fifteen minutes late, it will be considered a "no show" and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is because going over session time means there is not enough time for you to get the most out of the session/reading and not enough time for me to feel like I have done my best work.

Email/WeChat communication between sessions is at my discretion and is not included in the purchase price. If you would like to send me any email updates about things we are working on in the sessions or readings, please note that replies are not mandatory and I may not have time to read your letters and reply. I strongly suggest that you jot down your thoughts between readings/sessions so that we can address them analytically "on healing time" rather than sending me ad hoc emails or tweets at any time. I have the right to ignore all messages outside of the time we don't have an appointment.

I have an assistant to help me with my inbox. If the content of your email is strictly for my eyes only, please put the word "Confidential" in the subject of your email. My advices can't remplace doctor, lawyer or tax advisor .

The content of our readings/sessions should not become part of public knowledge. If you choose to record your reading/session, it should not be uploaded to the Internet for public use. In addition, the specific tips and guidance you receive from me ( eg, advice on how to grow your business) should not be leaked onto the Internet. Publicly repeating the advice I give you may be tantamount to offering my professional guidance to others for free. When you purchase a reading/course, you agree not to share the content online. Everything is governed by local Swiss laws on intellectual property protection.

If you have a mental health issue that needs to be addressed and you are receiving appropriate help from a licensed professional, you may find that a healing with me is a good complement to the work you are already doing. As an adjunct, mindfulness readings and healing sessions can be very useful. However, they should not be the first port of call for dealing specifically with mental health issues, as they are not a substitute for professional and/or ongoing care provided by a licensed professional. This doesn't mean that if you have a mental health diagnosis, you can't make a healing appointment with me. But it does mean that I am not the right person to contact to help you deal with that diagnosis. In addition, if you feel insecure or unstable , a reading or session with me will not provide you with what you need. In this case, please consider the most appropriate course of action. Reach out for help. Alert others to your problem.

I always seek objective guidance, not absolute direction. My role is to empower and motivate you; I don't tell you what to do. My readings and sessions are designed to help you explore your options, deepen your understanding and build your power so that you can make the best choices for yourself. Or you can think of this as just a form of entertainment.

I do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity or any of your personal choices. Oneness, equality and acceptance are absolutely at the core of who I am.

I like to respect pronouns. If you want to make sure I know your and/or your partner's pronouns before the reading/session, please let me know in the questions you listed.

All information provided by the client is treated with the strictest confidentiality. In my videos/voices, I do talk about the topics and areas of focus that I address in my work with clients and what I have learned from my spiritual counselling experience. However, on my channel or elsewhere, I never use specific client stories or provide any specific client details. Your life is not YouTube fodder, and your experiences are not meant to provide inspiration for my content. Your trust in me is sacred, and I always keep that in mind.

I cannot provide readings, mentoring or consulting sessions for anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are still welcome to purchase ebooks, live videos, etc.

I do not answer specific questions about legal matters, financial issues, or health concerns. Please consult with a properly trained professional to handle these issues.

Please do not purchase readings for people you do not know. If you would like to give a healing as a gift to someone, please use the gift certificate option. If you need a gift certificate at a different price, please contact me via email/ wechat and I will make one for you.

I reserve the right to listen to my intuition at all times. If I feel that a reading/session is not appropriate, or I feel that I am not the right professional for you and that karma has not worked out, I will refuse to perform the healing and offer a full refund. You may think my services are more expensive, but don't you worry, I spend most of my time making free messages and videos for everyone, and I don't charge any advertising for my videos except for music which requires payment to other creators, every penny you pay is helping to uplift the whole world and planet, and your payment gives me more time and energy to help more people who can't pay .

I don't consider myself a psychic who can see everything in the future, no psychic will give you 100% unchanging answers directly, I don't believe that all the energy of the future is written in stone. I believe in helping you become a conscious co-creator of your life, and I believe that every time you move your pieces around the board, the game changes. In other words, you can participate in creating your future. It is something you can create and shape, not something that will happen to you. Therefore, I discourage you from asking "yes or no" questions about whether certain things will necessarily happen. I will illuminate the pathways available and help you connect with your personal power so that you can create a strategy to get to your desired destination.
